Welcome

[Breakfast Church on the first Sunday of the month]

You’ve reached the website of St Martin’s Cambridge, a diverse and international Church of England parish in the Coleridge Ward of Cambridge, UK, which stretches from the busy railway station to the leafy streets of Cherry Hinton.

We are ordinary people who aim to serve God, a Church for All, where all are welcome and encouraged to contribute. We welcome the stranger, care for the needy and nurture the young.

On the first Sunday of every month we share breakfast together, have activities and look at God’s word in a new way. There will be songs, videos, craft and food!

We normally gather on Sundays in two worship Centres: St Martin’s Church and St Thomas’s Hall.
We have a group for children and a group for teenagers during our morning service.

For the last two years our main worship area at St Martin’s was out of action because of a problem with the ceiling. We decided to use this opportunity to make our building more useful for our whole community (click here for further information about our building project and information about giving).

We are now excited to be back into our church building. We had a reopening celebration on Saturday, 9th September 2023 and a confirmation service on Sunday, 10th September2023, on which occasion Chrissy Cole our curate was also installed as an associate vicar of St Martin’s.

We meet during the week in a wide variety of groups and clubs.
